The interest on this certificate of deposit is 5.30% and it has an early withdraw penalty of 91 days of simple interest. This special CD rate can only be applied online and there are no fees associated with it. Once your application is approved, there are three major ways of transferring the funds over. You can wire it over, transfer it electronically, or you can always mail in a check. Countrywide is a trusted bank with FDIC insured deposits of up to $100,000.
